This session provides participants with practical models for self-assessment and team-assessment, and exposure to attitudes and behaviors for enhancing their own individual effectiveness as a team player. 2. Explore practical results-oriented mindsets, behaviors, and actions to increase your own effectiveness as a team player.
3. Become familiar with a leading model for assessing teams, and develop awareness of attitudes, actions and behaviors that individuals can incorporate to enhance the effectiveness of teams they are on.
4. Develop a personal development action plan for taking your game to the next level.
