In this course, you will learn the County Purchasing policies and procedures for goods and services. This course will examine where to find resources to complete a Purchase Order, Request for Proposals (RFP), Bids, and Contracts. This course is intended for any County employee involved in purchasing goods or services. Course participants should have a basic understanding of the Purchasing process prior to class.
