State Assembly Bill 1825 was implemented in December 2005 and mandates that all who serve as a lead, supervisor, or have power or influence over other employees (even if he/she does not officially supervise) are required to take a state-approved Sexual Harassment Prevention Training every two years, initiated within 6 months of promotion or hiring into a lead or higher position.
